NOTES

• No smoking in the caravan, its a modern, clean caravan, please respect this.
• All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity and VAT where applicable.
• Prices quoted are for the hire of the caravan with up to 6 people staying.
• The van has microwave, oven , fridge with small freezer compartment, LCD TV and DVD Player with DVD’s.
• All bedding is supplied, pillows, covers, linen, sheets, and is washed clean for each customer.
• Laundry room on site, for your own laundry.
• No dogs allowed in caravan, however the site is dog friendly.
• Early Booking for the peak season is strongly advised.
• £50 Deposit requiried when booking. This will be refunded once the van is inspected, any damage will be charged for, if the damage is under the value of the deposit, the difference will be refunded, if the damage is over then we will contact you first, if we have no response from 2 days we will pass the information and evidence to our solicitors to deal with.
• Cheques made payable to Mr L Molton.
• Credit Cards Accepted via PayPal For Deposits Only.
• Holding Deposits will be refunded via the original payment method.
• If You Notice Any Damage On Arrival It Is In Your Interest To Contact Us, Else You May Be Charged For It.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No booking will be accepted unless accompanied by a holding deposit of £50 : THE MONEY FOR THE HOLIDAY MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 12 WEEKS OF YOUR HOLIDAY START DATE. If your holiday is booked within the 12 week time frame then YOU HAVE 7 DAYS to get payment to us. In the event that the payment is not received by such date the right is reserved to re-let the Caravan and the deposit will be applied to expenses incurred. If the re-letting cannot be arranged the hirer will be responsible for the balance of hire.

Any persons causing excessive noise or nuisance to other holiday makers on the site will be required to vacate the park with no refund given.

The number of persons occupying a caravan must not 6 persons.

We must be notified in writing by Recorded Delivery of cancellations. If you have to cancel your holiday due to illness or injury, or due to death of a close relative, any balances paid will be refunded, provided a substantiating certificate is received at the earliest opportunity (e.g. a doctor’s certificate). The deposit you have paid will be held in credit in full, for you to enjoy a future holiday with us within 12 months of the holiday booked.

The hirer undertakes to observe the site rules for the time being displayed on the site, and inside the guest book which you will see on arrival to the caravan.

The proprietors shall not be liable in the event that accommodation is not available due to circumstances beyond their control.

You use Our caravan and the site at your own risk & the proprietors will not accept liability for loss or damage in respect of your vehicle, equipment, or personal valuables, property or personal injury.

By turning up for your holiday, or making any payment to us, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions without exception.

You will not turn up at the caravan until your designated time and date, you will leave on time on your designated time and date, failure to do this could result in the loss of your deposit to cover cleaning staffs extra wage costs

Please check to make sure you have packed everything away, any Items that you have left (that you need returning), in the caravan when departing that need to be posted back to you will not only incur postage and packaging costs but costs for staff time to, in and from the post office.
