We love Brean anyway and usually come down, though this was the first time we stayed on this caravan site. The caravan site is really nice, the caravan itself is lovely, really cosy and homely.
We were really pleased to find tea, sugar, coffee, loo rolls and READY MADE BEDS! As this meant we did not need to go back out immediately after arriving. The caravan was extremely clean as well!
We are hoping to come back again in 2012.

The caravan is very clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't really use the club, however used the swimming pool a few times and used the chip shop a few times. We know Brean and Burnham On Sea very well, as we come down regularly. We mainly camp, however would definitely do this experience again. I cant see any way you could have improved the holiday as the caravan itself was excellent.

The caravan beats ALL expectations, haven't been in a better van. It feels so homely, we didnt want to go home.
Campsite and the staff are lovely. They couldnt have been more helpful if they tried. Its like one big happy family (like us!). Cant wait till next year for another week in this lovely van.
Nothing to improve on , everything was perfect, please post next years prices.

The caravan is lovely, it was really nice and clean when we arrived. I thought that the tea, coffee, milk and sugar was an excellent touch!
The beds are comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean. I loved the gas fire!
The kids loved the pool and the overall experience was great. I will be booking again in 2012

Just wanted to say how much myself and my family enjoyed our holiday in your lovely caravan. It was the newest and cleanest caravan I have stayed in. Having the beds made up for our arrival was an added bonus.
There was certainly plenty to do in the caravan if the weather not so good ie dvds to watch, board games to play etc etc. I also thought the site was nice and clean and not at all noisy And the staff really friendly.

Caravan was great, well looked after and very clean. Campsite is ideal for those wanting a quiet getaway, although the amenities and entertainment on site are more than enough to give you a choice of what you want to do.
Great location also, 15 minutes stroll into Brean or right opposite is Berrow Beach which is great when the sun is shining.
The week has been great, if only you could organise the weather it would be perfect!

The caravan was lovely, very clean and everything you could possibly want, the only thing we were disappointed with were one of the single beds was broken and wedged up meaning we had to put the mattress on the floor for my 9 year old son. (Bed was replaced within a few days of reporting to Lee and Claire) Apart from this one complaint the caravan is great and I will recommend it to anyone and everyone!
We had a very enjoyable 12 days and will probably come back again. Thank You!

got to say it was so nice walking into a caravan that looked like it had never been used then putting the kettle on when we first got there with milk sugar and coffee there on hand, had a lovely holiday for the 4 of us which was the first with my 6 month old, thank you very much loved it.

It was lovely and clean on arrival. The caravan has great equipment (TV, Beds, Bedding, etc.) It was a fantastic beach and Brean Leisure Park. As well as onsite there was more than enough things to do Off-Site. The caravan was great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and will recommend you to our families and friends. The caravan was perfect and accommodated all our needs. A BIG Thank You for letting us stay - from The Stevens Family.

We have enjoyed our few days spent in your lovely caravan. The site was kept very clean. These past few days have brought a lot of happiness and fun for our great grandson before his forth coming operation. The caravan is furnished with all one needs, a real home from home. We cant think of anything to improve what is already here. Many grateful thanks.

Me and my family loved your caravan, whats not to love!
The site is brilliant with excellent entertainment and plenty to do. Swimming in the morning, walking in the afternoon and propping up the bar watching the entertainment in the evenings, then back to the beautiful caravan for a couple of glasses of wine and a movie (great choice by the way!). A Carton of milk in the fridge and ample tea, coffee and sugar, as well as a massive collection of local brochures and a 'Welcome Pack' awaited us on our arrival and was much welcomed, as well as very welcoming. The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard and is extremely homely, with some great little 'homely' touches everywhere. We WILL be coming back very soon and have already told most of our work colleagues and friends. Claire and Lee, you have done an excellent job with your caravan in Brean and we truly hope to deal with you for many more years to come.

Caravan is very nice and has everything you need. Difficult to comment on anything else as obviously we are well out of the busy season. We would definitely like to return in the summer months.

Personally we found The Seagull to be a really good place for families (outside of the caravan park), and we would like to see more information in your guide about local bars and restaurants.

The caravan is very good. We had 2 great weeks in your lovely new caravan re-visiting lots of places; Cheddar, Clarks Village, Taunton and Bath. Disapointed Weston Pier not yet opened, but we WILL be back. Had a good day visiting Concorde at Filton. We hope to stay in your van again next year. Weather was great the first week but got cold and wet end of second week, but we still got about.

Enjoyed the weekend. Caravan Spot On. Nice little touches here and there. Site kept very nice with good facilities. Brean is very nice with a massive beach and nature reserve. Parking can be a problem outside of the site. Entertainment in the bar was good….. We WILL be back! Don’t change a thing in the caravan!
